It’s former Oceanco boss Eel Kant.

Eel Kant (53) is the new managing director at the Jongert Shipyard. His appointment began on July 1.
From 2003 to ‘10 Kant was MD of motoryacht builder Oceanco.
Prior to that he spent 16 years with Feadship yard Royal van Lent. He left there as a project manager to join Oceanco.
The Jongert Shipyard is owned by a syndicate of which the Dutch shipbuilding group VeKa is a partner.
