With over 35 yachts launched to date and another eight under construction, Sunreef Yachts is certainly well established as a world-competitive yachtbuilder.
“This new in-house service has been tailored in response to frequent enquiries from design studios, as well as individual clients, seeking a professional and experienced shipyard for custom projects,” explains Nicolas Lapp, CYS International’s president... “We can cope with advanced composite materials, including vinylesters and epoxies... We’ve been using vacuum infusion techniques since ’07... Our aluminium expertise includes the use of Sealium and Alustar... Plus we can cope with the lamination of composite hardware, such as masts and booms, crossbeams and rudderstocks... And this all comes with some very competitive pricing.”
The shipyard also provides comprehensive mechanical, electrical and electronic services, in-house original high-tech systems as well as a professional design support base.
At present, sister company Sunreef Yachts makes use of the same facilities to build among other smaller catamarans, two super-cats, one 31m (102ft) and the other 35m (114ft).
