Benetti’s fourth 'Amnesia' is a worthy successor...

A profile simulation and an interior rendering have recently been released for the 65m (213ft), which sports a near-plumb bow and some of the crispest curves and overhangs, all courtesy of UK studio Redman Whiteley Dixon (RWD), which is reponsible for both her exterior and the interior.
As for the interior, that’s more conservative than perhaps the exterior lines would suggest, but nevertheless has some very interesting features. RWD’s creative director Toby Ecuyer says, for him, one of the most striking areas aboard will be her main saloon, which features floor to ceiling picture-windows down each side and is “much more architectural than most yachts her size”.
Redman Whiteley Dixon is currently one of the busiest superyacht styling studios in the world. Indeed it claims to have no fewer than 16 projects in excess of 55m (180ft) in hand with delivery slots from late 2009 to ‘14. They are said to be a mix of large, very large and, according to the rumour-mill, record-breaking.
The Amnesia IV project, one of RWD’s smaller projects, is Benetti’s yard number FB252. She is scheduled to launch from Benetti’s Livorno site in late 2010.
The previous 'Amnesias' were all built by Benetti for Graham de Zille. The first was FB224, the 50m that launched in 2000. The second was FB228, the 55m (180ft) that handed over in .03. And the third was FB245, the 59m (194ft) that deliver just last year.
